Our Process

Consult

This is the most crucial step in setting up the final delivery. Once you provide the project details (files, finishes, etc.), we will review in detail prior to our consult. As well as knowing the details required for the visualization, it is equally important to us to understand your business and who your potential client is. During the consult, we will ask questions to find out exactly what story you want to tell and your ideas on how best to communicate it to your audience. From there, we will develop the best way to tell your story.

Documentation

After the initial creative consult, we will prepare a detailed Quote outlining the scope and the delivery timeframe of the images. If the scope of the project remains the same, the price you are quoted is final. A fixed price that covers from start to finish. No surprises. You know exactly what you will pay before we begin work.

Creation

This is the step where our Artists create their magic.

Approve

Before the final delivery, we will always provide you with an approval round to review. Your feedback must be gathered so that appropriate tweaks can be made and refined.

Finalize

Once all the individual elements are agreed upon and the approvals have passed inspection, we begin work on the final product. The resolution and format of the finals will be determined based on your intended usage.
